“Black Diamonds Night” is a celebration of heritage, accomplishment, and the resilience of the “Barrier Breakers” — Jackie Robinson of course, but also each of the other players from the Negro Leagues who would eventually integrate all of the Major Leagues. This is also the story of Black Business excellence as the Negro Leagues were the 3rd largest black owned business and a critical part of the march towards civil rights for all.
